The foundation works to improve the lives of people in rural, semi-urban, and urban slum areas. Its main focus areas include education, skill development, healthcare, sanitation, rural development, and environmental protection.

Mr. Navneet Singh is the Founder and Director of Navraj Foundation. He holds a Master's degree in Arts and has been actively committed to social development since the foundation's inception. His leadership reflects a strong blend of grassroots understanding, strategic vision, compassion, and an unwavering commitment to community welfare.

With a deep passion for creating meaningful social impact, Mr. Singh has played a pivotal role in shaping the foundation's vision and expanding its reach across underserved communities. Under his guidance, Navraj Foundation has steadily strengthened its efforts in education, youth empowerment, women's empowerment, and skill development, creating sustainable and transformative change.

In addition to his professional contributions, Mr. Singh is also a State Gold Medalist in badminton. The discipline, focus, resilience, and determination he demonstrated in sports continue to define his leadership style and his commitment to institution building.

Known for his humility, dedication, and people-centric approach, he strongly believes in creating opportunities that empower individuals to lead dignified and self-reliant lives.

Mr. Suraj Kumar Yadav is a passionate social development professional and a Founder Member & Director of Navraj Foundation. He holds a Master's degree in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and a Bachelor's degree in History, which have equipped him with a strong understanding of social systems, community engagement, and sustainable development practices.

With experience in grassroots social initiatives, Mr. Yadav has played a vital role in strengthening the foundation's governance, operational systems, and program delivery. He oversees key areas such as organizational coordination, statutory compliance, stakeholder engagement, and administration, ensuring transparency and accountability at every level.

Mr. Yadav has been actively involved in designing and implementing impactful initiatives focused on people-centric development. His ability to connect with communities, understand local challenges, and build meaningful partnerships has contributed significantly to the foundation's outreach and effectiveness.

Known for his humble leadership, dedication, and people-first approach, he works closely with stakeholders, donors, partners, and volunteers, to build trust and deliver meaningful outcomes.
